The 2007 panel of judges include wireless specialists from TELUS and Nokia as well as senior individuals from the wireless and investment community. All entries as well as all information disclosed will be handled confidentially, however judges are not required to sign non-disclosure statements.
Judges are asked to declare conflicts of interests and will be excluded from judging any entries where a conflict exists. Judges are not allowed to discuss entries or have any discussions with entrants outside of the judging process until winners have been declared.
The decision of the judges is final. The deliberations of the judges are confidential. WINBC retains all rights and control over the Contest, and is entitled to judge the applications and to choose the finalists and award the prizes at its sole discretion.
