Digital Dispatch Enters South African Market

Digital Dispatch Systems (TSX:DD) and Durban, South Africa-based Emcom SA (Pty) Ltd. have entered into an agreement whereby Emcom will purchase Vector 530(TM) mobile data terminals from Digital Dispatch for its client Eskom, South Africa's primary electricity supplier. Emcom has started issuing purchase orders for the Vector 530(TM). This agreement could potentially result in orders for all of Eskom's fleet of 5,000 vehicles. These transactions will be insured by Export Development Canada.

Emcom is South Africa's most successful company in the Radio Communications industry and fleet management. Using Digital Dispatch's software development kit, Emcom has developed the software to interface to the Vector 530(TM) to meet the specific needs of Eskom. Eskom supplies about 95% of the country's electricity requirements and is responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity from its 24 power stations.

"This landmark agreement opens the door to new geographic and vertical markets for us," said Cliff Snelling, Vice President of Marketing for Digital Dispatch. "The fact that our software development kit enables the interface of our mobile data terminals to numerous third party applications opens up new markets for us. This also evidences that our strategy of geographic and market diversifications is on the right track and gaining momentum."

Colligo Contributor for SharePoint® a Hit

Q2 2007 Marks Record Growth at Colligo Networks

Colligo Networks, a leader in desktop collaboration solutions, reported a 70% increase in revenues in Q2 2007 over Q2 2006 and 77% gross profit for the same quarter. The growth is attributed to the success of the Colligo Contributor™ for SharePoint® product line, which this quarter narrowly overtook Workgroup Edition in sales. Colligo Contributor is an easy-to-deploy .NET client application that extends the power of Microsoft Office SharePoint® to the desktop. It increases productivity and adoption by enabling users to instantly and securely access, modify, and create SharePoint content online and offline through one of two user interfaces: a rich desktop client and an Outlook Add-in. Colligo Contributor has grown in market popularity, with sales up by 4,840% on last year.

"The success we're having with Colligo Contributor this year is just phenomenal," says Barry Jinks, President and CEO of Colligo Networks. "Our customers now include a number of large enterprise clients in a number of verticals, including professional services, technology, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and food products. We've seen a big uptake of our latest version Colligo Contributor for SharePoint v2.1 that includes an Outlook Add-in for better email and document management in SharePoint. We've really hit on an industry-wide hot button with this solution."

Year to date, 148 customers have bought Colligo Contributor for SharePoint and several major contracts will be signed this Fall. "We expect that seats sales of our SharePoint solution will easily double again by the end of 2007," adds Barry Jinks.
