MEMBER PROFILE

We keep coming across new companies and adding new members to WINBC. This month we highlight one such new member. Saeed Mousavi of Linxoft Solutions tells us more about his company:

What opportunity did you see when creating Linxoft Solutions? Was there a gap in the market that you fill and what is that?

The world heavily relies on global communications and information systems to share ideas and work collaboratively over wide geographical distances. In today’s competitive world of mobile/wireless communications, network suppliers and service providers are increasingly expected to provide full turnkey services, i.e. to build and operate the network. To satisfy market demand and remain competitive, timely and rapid network deployment is a key factor in successful projects. Moreover, because of market globalisation and consolidation, suppliers are increasingly under pressure to provide the best services in every market. That is why almost all suppliers in the industry are interested in a standard solution that will help them to increase efficiency and productivity throughout network project implementations. To fill this gap, Linxoft has developed the world-class NetQTM Suite specifically for the mobile and wireless telecommunications market which is a significant step forward in planning and managing your network deployment more efficiently than ever before.

What impact does your technology have on the industry/customer markets?

Through our own experience and subsequent research, we have discovered that the telecommunications industry often lacks an integrated and standards-based tool and often uses spreadsheets, poorly designed databases and other ad-hoc systems for managing network deployments, upgrades or maintenance. This renders our prospective customers incapable of managing this process consistently and efficiently and, in turn, increases costs significantly which is the most undesirable situation in this highly competitive and volatile market. The following impacts can be recognized with our solutions:

Business Impact:

  • Streamlines and standardises network rollout processes
  • Supports decision-making through provision of timely and accurate information to management
  • Eliminates existing disjointed ad hoc systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and consistency
  • Eliminates the need for ongoing data duplication and reconciliation
  • Guarantees swift and smooth transition from supplier to customer
  • Maximises employee efficiency through provision of state-of-the-art tools and a consistent GIS based user interface across the organisation

Technical Impact:

  • Eliminates the need to support multiple inconsistent applications and platforms
  • Provides centralized support across the organisation

Financial Impact:

  • Helps reduce deployment time and costs through provision of consistent and accurate information
  • Facilitates asset tracking and future planning.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Taking Linxoft to the next level and working hard to achieve our goals and making sure that we are on the right track to succeed.

What's in store for your company? How will the future look?

The future is bright and promising! We continue to research different telecommunications sectors for potential opportunities and pursue our target markets and establish our customer base while offering new products/services and improving our existing solutions by augmenting new functionality. We want to expand Linxoft in line with business growth.
